为充分利用王峰煤矿地面抽采高浓度瓦斯、煤矿井下抽采低浓度瓦斯及矿井乏风中的风排瓦斯,解决煤矿供热、供电和供冷需求,通过瓦斯安全输送及预处理系统、瓦斯与矿井乏风掺混系统将上述不同种类瓦斯安全输送、混合、脱水和除尘后,达到内燃机发电机组和RTO蓄热氧化装置进气品质要求;利用内燃机发电+RTO蓄热氧化技术路线,实现煤矿瓦斯全浓度综合利用,使得煤矿抽采瓦斯利用率达到100%;回收内燃机排放的高温烟气余热、缸套水余热和RTO蓄热氧化装置烟气余热,在采暖季供煤矿用热,非采暖季用于制冷,全年进行发电,从而实现煤矿瓦斯热、冷、电三联供。
In order to fully utilize the high concentration gas extracted from the surface of Wangfeng Coal Mine, the low concentration gas extracted from the underground of the coal mine, and the exhaust gas in the mine exhaust, and to meet the heating, power supply, and cooling needs of the coal mine, different types of gas are safely transported, mixed, dehydrated, and dedusted through a gas safety transportation and pretreatment system, a gas and mine exhaust blending system, to meet the inlet quality requirements of internal combustion engine generator sets and RTO thermal storage oxidation devices. The internal combustion engine power generation+RTO thermal storage oxidation technology route is used to achieve comprehensive utilization of coal mine gas concentration, making the utilization rate of coal mine exhaust gas reach 100%. The high-temperature flue gas waste heat emitted by the internal combustion engine, cylinder liner water waste heat, and RTO thermal storage oxidation device flue gas waste heat are recovered and used for heating in the coal mine during the heating season, and cooling during non heating seasons, and generate electricity throughout the year, thus achieving the triple supply of coal mine gas heat, cold, and electricity.
