Application of Substation Inspection Robot Based on Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology

针对人工对变电站进行日常巡检和维护过程中及时性差、劳动强度大、巡检效率低,难以满足供电安全性的需求问题,为提升对变电站运行状态监测的精确性和监测效率,坪上煤业引入了一套基于红外热成像技术的变电站巡检系统。该系统采用了轮式巡检平台,将红外热成像模块和高清视觉监测模块进行了整合,实现了对设备运行情况的双模式精确监测;通过巡检控制系统实现了对导航控制、运动控制、电源管理、通信接口的集成控制,从而保障了巡检机器人在厂区内的路径自主规划和数据信息自动传输。实际应用表明,该系统的巡检覆盖率达到了94.9%,红外监测预警精确率达到了99.1%,对指针仪表监测的偏差在0.6%以内,有效提升了坪上煤业变电站的运行稳定性。
In view of the requirement problem of poor timeliness, high labor intensity, low inspection efficiency, and difficult to meet the safety of power supply in the daily inspection and maintenance process of substations conducted by manual work, Pingshang Coal Industry introduces a set of substation inspection system based on infrared thermal imaging technology to improve the accuracy and efficiency of monitoring the operation status of substations. This system adopts a wheeled type inspection platform, integrating the infrared thermal imaging module and high-definition vision inspection module to achieve dual-mode precise monitoring of equipment operation situation. Through the inspection control system, integrated control of navigation control, motion control, power management, and communication interfaces is achieved, so as to ensure the path autonomous planning of the inspection robot within the factory area and automatic transmission of data information. The practical application shows that the inspection coverage rate of the system reaches 94.9%, the accuracy rate of infrared monitoring and early warning reaches 99.1%, and the deviation of pointer instrument detection is within 0.6%, effectively improving the operational stability of substations in Pingshang Coal Industry.
