Comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation of regional integratedenergy system based on improved TOPSIS

随着区域综合能源系统的发展,对区域综合能源系统进行全面综合能效评估已经成为热点问题。文章首先针对不同能源在转化过程中冶质冶的变化,引入火用效率的概念,通过能质系数法对不同的能源进行折算,在此基础上建立包含经济、能源、环境3个维度的综合能效评估指标,构建了综合能效评估体系;其次,建立改进的TOPSIS对区域综合能源系统进行综合能效评估,利用最小二乘法将熵权法和变异系数法的结果相结合计算客观权值,并利用灰色关联度对TOPSIS中的测距方式进行改进;最后,算例分析结果表明了所提方法的有效性和可行性。为高品质区域综合能源系统的规划和优化运行提供一定的参考价值。
With the development of regional integrated energy system, how to comprehensivelyevaluate the comprehensive energy efficiency of regional integrated energy system has become awidespread concern. First, consider the change of quality in the transformation process of differentenergies, introduce the concept of "exergy efficiency", convert different energies through theenergy quality coefficient method, and establish a comprehensive energy efficiency evaluationindex including economy, energy efficiency and environment on this basis; Secondly,an improvedTOPSIS is established for evaluation, the results of entropy weight method and coefficient ofvariation method are combined by the least square method to calculate the weight, and thedistance measurement method in TOPSIS is improved by using grey correlation degree; Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method. It canprovide a certain reference value for the planning and optimal operation of the high -qualityregional integrated energy system in the future.
