Research on Key Problems in the Construction Process of aSingle-layer Aluminum Alloy Lattice Shell Structure

【目的】针对山西首个单层铝合金网壳结构现场施工的关键问题,开展了下部悬挑长度12.9m雨篷结构与上部直径58.3m单层铝合金网壳结构现场施工顺序相互影响分析。【方法】基于现场施工场地条件,建立施工全过程FE模型,进行了4种顶升点布置的对比分析。【结果】确定了“单圈12个顶升点”布置方案、当顶升点水平投影圆的直径取网壳水平投影圆直径的3/5时顶升方案最佳。通过开展同步顶升仿真分析,选取了顶升支架、给出了顶升点临时构造措施,计算确定了不锈钢螺栓的初拧扭矩27N∙m,给出了首次顶升时对网壳缺口应采取的临时措施。通过对“悬空”网壳的分析,给出了网壳落架前后杆件安装顺序及相关临时措施;根据近9年的气象资料及网壳施工月份,选取了11.3℃作为网壳结构的理论“合拢”温度,并分析了升温、降温对网壳内力及变形的影响。研究成果可为铝合金网壳施工方案的制订提供借鉴。
【Purposes】 To solve the key problems in the field construction of the first single-layer aluminum alloy lattice shell structure in Shanxi Province, the interaction analyses between the 12.9 m cantilever canopy structure at the lower part and the 58.3 m diameter single-layer aluminum alloy lat⁃ tice shell structure at the upper part are carried out. 【Methods】 According to the conditions of the con⁃ struction site, FE model of construction process was established and the comparative analysis of four kinds of jacking point layout scheme were carried out. 【Findings】 The layout scheme of “only 12 jack⁃ ing points in a single circle” is determined. When the diameter of the horizontal projection circle of the jacking point is 0.6 times the diameter of the horizontal projection circle of the reticulated shell, the jacking scheme is the best. Through the simulation analysis of synchronous jacking, the jacking sup⁃ port is selected and the temporary construction measures of jacking points are given. The initial tight⁃ ening torque of stainless-steel bolts is determined to be 27 N·m by calculation, and the temporary measures for the lattice shell notch during the first jacking are given. Through the analyses of the “sus⁃ pended” latticed shell, the installation sequence and relevant temporary measures of the members be⁃ fore and after the completion of the latticed shell are obtained. According to the meteorological data in recent 9 years and the construction months of the latticed shell, 11.3 ℃ is selected as the theoretical “closure” temperature of the latticed shell structure, and the influences of temperature rise and drop on the internal force and deformation of the latticed shell are analyzed. The research results of this pa⁃ per can provide reference for the construction scheme of aluminum alloy shell.
