  • 摘要
    【目的】分析我国“2030碳达峰、2060碳中和”双碳目标下的氢开发、推广和利用的必要性以及当前阶段我国的氢能开发政策和战略布局。【方法】通过调研绿氢制氢技术研究进展和成果,概述了电解水制氢技术及其主要装置,综述了电解水制氢装置的发展现状和发展趋势,重点分析了电解槽及其重要组成部件(如膜电极组件、氢能拉紧螺栓组件以及端压板等)的研究现状以及关键设备当前存在的主要问题。对碱性电解槽和PEM电解槽等制氢装置的未来发展趋势进行了展望。【结论】为制氢设备的未来发展提供了参考。
  • Abstract
    【Purposes】 Hydrogen energy, as an efficient and clean secondary energy in the 21st century with its high heat value and extremely environmentally friendly combustion products, has become the most promising alternative energy source to replace traditional fossil fuels. The ne- cessity of hydrogen development, promotion, and utilization under the dual-carbon goal of “car- bon peaking in and carbon neutralvty in 2060” as well as the current hydrogen energy devel- opment policies and strategic layout in China are analyzed. 【Methods】 By investigating the re- search progresses and achievements of green hydrogen production technologies, the technology of hydrogen production by water splitting and its main devices are summarized, and the develop- ment status and trend of hydrogen production by water splitting and the related devices are re- viewed. The research status of electrolytic cell and its important components (such as membrane electrode assembly, hydrogen tension bolt assembly and end pressure plate) and the main prob- lems existing in key equipment are analyzed, and the future development trend of alkaline electro- lytic cell and proton etchange membrane electrolytic cell are prospected. 【Conclusion】 This re- view provides a reference for the future development of hydrogen production equipment.
