综放工作面瓦斯涌出量与生产能力的关系研究

    为给综放工作面瓦斯防治提供科学依据,针对晋城蓝焰煤业股份有限公司成庄矿工作面瓦斯涌出量和生产能力的实际情况,对实测数据进行了拟合分析,得出综放工作面瓦斯涌出量与生产能力的函数关系,可利用其预测在某一生产能力x时的综放工作面瓦斯涌出量S(x)。结果表明:综放工作面生产能力由0升至约7 706 t/d时,瓦斯涌出量逐渐增大;而当生产能力再由约7 706 t/d逐渐增大时候,瓦斯涌出量则逐渐减少;当工作面生产能力一定时,通过拟合的函数可预测相应的综放工作面瓦斯涌出量,为制定工作面通风参数以及防治上隅角瓦斯超限提供了依据。
  • Abstract
    In order to provide the scientificbasis for the gas prevention and control of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face, according to the actual cond itions of the gas emission quantity and the production capacity of the coal mining faces in Chengzhuang Mine of Jincheng Blue Flame Coal Industry Co.Ltd., a ftting an alysis on the actual measured data was conducted.The analysis had obtained a function relationship between the gas emission quantity S (X) from the fully mechanized top coal caving mining faces and the production capacity X was obtained and had predicted the gas emission quantity of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining fac e during a production capacity period.The results showed that when the production capacity of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face increased from 0 to abo ut 7 706 t/d, the gas emission quantity would be steadily increased. When the production capacity of the mining face steadily increased from 7 706 t/d, the gas emission quantity would be steadily decreased.When the production capacity of the coal mining face reached a certain level, the ftting function relationship could be applied to p redict the relevant gas emission quantity of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face and could provide the basis to set up the ventilation parameters of the coal mining face and to prevent and control the gas content over limit at the top corner.
