Numerical Analysis on Grouting Reinforcement Effect of Instable Surrounding Rock in Structure Zone

摘要
泰来煤矿+1 150 m水平运输大巷处于多条断层影响区域,巷道顶底板和两帮移近量大。在现场调研、巷道顶底板岩层结构分析及实验室试验的基础上,提出了在原支护参数不变的情况下,进行围岩注浆加固措施。采用FLAC数值软件对注浆前后的围岩加固效果进行了对比分析。结果表明:只进行锚杆+喷层+锚索支护时,围岩变形速度和变形量都较大,"围岩-支护"共同体呈松散破坏状态。采用注浆加固和锚杆+喷层+锚索的联合支护方式,围岩变形得到了有效控制,顶板最大下沉量140 mm、最大底鼓量80 mm、两帮最大移近量为125 mm。

Abstract
According to the actual condition of +1 150 m Level transportation roadway in a region with several faults in Tailai Mine, in order to solve the high conver
gences of the roof and floor as well as the two side walls, based on the analysis on the roof and floor strata structural and the experiments of the lab, the grouting reinfo
rcement measures of the surrounding rocks were provided under the conditions of the previous support parameters unchanged.The FLAC numerical software was appli
ed to the comparison analysis on the surrounding rock reinforcement effect before and after the grouting.The results showed that when only "a bolt+shotcreting+anchor"
support was conducted, the deformation speed and the deformation value all would be high and the combined mass of "surrounding rocks and support" would be in a so
ft and failure status.With the application of the grouting reinforcement and "the bolt+shotcreting+anchor combined support method, the surrounding rock could be effecti
vely controlled.The max subsidence value of the roof would be 140 mm, the max floor heave value would be 80 mm and the max convergence of the two side walls woul
d be 125 mm.
