摘要
为了解决矿井综掘工作面高浓度粉尘问题,结合矿井综掘工作面产尘特点,在对综掘工作面通风系统进行流场分析后,利用FLUENT软件,对综掘工作面粉尘场进行数值模拟,并分析了粉尘浓度分布规律,依据湿式振旋除尘原理,设计了综掘工作面附壁风筒封闭式除尘系统,并在枣庄矿业集团高庄煤矿3上1101轨道巷综掘工作面进行了现场应用。结果表明,矿井综掘工作面的全尘和呼尘的平均降尘率为93.0%和92.3%,取得了理想的降尘效果。
