摘要
针对目前井下高压环境下温度监测较难的现状,设计了一种基于无线通信的高压防爆开关触头温度监测系统。该系统以nRF24L01为温度传感器的射频传输芯片,以ATMEGA88和CC2430为微控制器设计防爆开关内外的传输节点,给出了系统的硬件设计和软件流程。高压防爆开关触头温度监测系统在某额定电压10 kV、额定电流630 A高压开关柜实际运行显示表明,系统抗干扰能力强、温度监测准确、可靠,满足高压开关柜温度监测要求。

According to the present status of the difficult temperature monitoring and measuring in the underground mine high voltage environment, a contact temp
erature monitoring and measuring system of the high voltage flame proof switch was designed based on the wireless communication.Taking the nRF24L01 as the radio f
requency transmission chip and taking the ATMEGA88 and CC2430 as the transmission nodes in and out of the flame proof switch designed for the micro-controller, the
