摘要
针对传统采煤机滚筒恒速截割时工况适应性差的特点,提出一种采煤机滚筒转速可调的新型截割传动系统。为了解该截割传动系统的性能,以系统中非同轴传动的差动2K-H行星轮系为研究对象,采用集中质量法建立其平移-扭转耦合动力学模型。对轮系固有特性的分析表明,非同轴传动行星轮系不存在经典的扭转振动与平移振动模式,但仍存在行星轮振动模式;支撑刚度对系统的低阶固有频率影响较大,而啮合刚度主要影响系统的高阶固有频率;外啮合齿轮副啮合刚度分段影响非同轴传动行星轮系的固有频率。推导出2K-H行星轮系啮合频率的通用表达式,表明其啮合频率正比于齿圈和太阳轮的转速差。分析结果可用于指导该新型采煤机截割传动系统的设计,并为制定滚筒调速范围提供参考。

Abstract
To overcome the adaptation difficulty of traditional coal shearer with constant cutting speed,a new cutting transmission system of coal shearer with cutting speed regulation was proposed. In order to understand the performance of this cutting transmission system,the translational-rotational dynamic model of non-coaxial differential 2K-H epicyclic gear train was established with lumped-parameter. Analysis of natural characteristic indicates that the classical rotation- al mode and translational mode do not exist while the planet mode remains;low-order natural frequencies were mostly decided by support stiffness while high-order natural frequencies were mainly affected by mesh stiffness,and they were collectively influenced by mesh stiffness of external gear pair in sequence in different areas. The general expression of mesh frequency of 2K-H planetary gear set was derived,which was proportional to the speed difference between ring gear and sun gear. Analysis results can be used in shearer design and provide a reference for cutting speed regulation in this new coal shearer.
