摘要
考虑有载侧、空载侧链条受力特点以及物料分布特点,利用有限元法构造了刮板输送机动力学微分方程;构建了形态函数,解决了仿真数学模型的计算机自动生成问题;模拟仿真了刮板输送机在满载状态下直接启动、可控启动、自由停机、制动后再启动等工况下的动力学特性,并通过刮板输送机动态特性测试系统对上述工况的动态特性进行了测试,分析对比理论计算结果与测试结果,为设计大功率刮板输送机及其可控启动、制动系统提供理论基础和实验依据。

Abstract
Considering the load side and no load side chain as well as the mechanical characteristics of the distribution of materials,the scraper conveyor dynamic differential equations were formulated using the finite element method in this study. With a full loading condition,the dynamic characteristics of scraper conveyor were also simulated under di- rect start,controlled start,freewheel,and brake then restart conditions respectively. Through the dynamic characteris- tics test system of scraper conveyor,the dynamic characteristics of the test conditions above were tested,analyzed and compared with theoretical results. The study provides the theoretical basis and experimental basis for the design of high-power scraper conveyor,and controlled start and brake system.
