    为控制开采过程中地表动态变形强度以减缓开采损害强度,把工作面开采视作一个系统,覆岩与地表移动视作系统的输出,开采速度是影响这个系统输出的唯一外界因素。根据地表移动规律,确定了地表动态变形与开采速度的函数关系,开采速度影响地表移动与变形速度与加速度。应用力学定律分析了地表移动导致建筑物产生附加荷载的主要因素是地表水平移动加速度,且地表水平移动加速度与开采速度的平方成正比。研究结果表明:当提高开采速度时,地表水平移动加速度增大,使地表建筑物受到的附加荷载增加,导致建筑物损害程度加剧,为减缓建筑物开采损害程度,控制开采速度是必要的。为工程技术应用提出了基于概率积分法的开采速度优化控制模型与控制方法,开采实例验证了控制开采速度减缓地表建筑物损害程度的有效性。
  • Abstract
    For reducing mining damage intensity, surface dynamic movement of mining process is controlled, the working face is considered as a system, overlying strata and surface movement are as the output of the system, the only external factor affecting the output of the system is mining speed. According to surface movemen t law, the function of surface movement and mining speed was established, mining speed affects surface horizontal movement speed and acceleration. By law of mecha nics, the main influence factor was surface horizontal movement acceleration for additional load on surface structures, and surface horizontal movement acceleration w as proportional to mining speed square. When mining speed was improved, surface movement acceleration was increasing, this caused additional load on surface struc tures and damage level of structures increasing. For reducing damage level of structures, controlling mining speed was necessary. On the basis of probability integral m ethod, optimal control model and method of controlling mining speed were proposed in mining engineering. Actual examples illustrated that reducing damage level of str uctures was effective by controlling mining speed.
