    液压支架模拟装置是采场模型试验的重要测试装置,为了精准测试模型试验中的支架运行工况,借鉴已有模拟装置的结构与功能特点,基于液压控制原理研制了适于大比尺采场模型试验的新型液压支架模拟系统,主要包括泵站动力系统、液压控制装置、模拟支架、支架工况监测装置和信号处理系统。力学标定结果表明,立柱油压与支架工作阻力保持良好的线性关系,线性回归相关系数达0.99以上,模拟支架具有线性度高、重复性好、力学性能稳定等特点。大比尺采场模型试验应用表明,该模拟系统能够模拟现场支架的运转特性,模拟支架的阻力变化特征能够反映顶板周期性来压过程。采场模型试验引入该模拟系统后,可以深入开展顶板来压特征、支架选型与适应性评价、支架与顶板相互作用关系等研究内容,为煤矿采场支护决策提供依据。

  • Abstract
    The hydraulic support simulation equipment plays a key role in ground pressure physical modeling. In order to accurately simulate the operating conditions of prototype support,the authors fully reference mechanical structure and function features of existing simulation device, and have developed a new type of support simulation equipment based on hydraulic control principle, which consists of the following components: pump station power system, the hydraulic control device, support model, condition monitoring devices and signal processing system. Mechanical calibration results indicate that jack pressure maintains linear relationship with its working resistance, and the correlation coefficient is above 0.99.The equipment is of high linearity, repeatability, and stable mechanical properties, etc. The application in large-scale physical modeling shows that it can simulate resistance characteristics of prototype support, and resistance fluctuations can reflect roof periodic weighting process. By adopting the new simulation equipment, a series of fundamental researches can be conducted, such as roof periodic weighting characteristics, prototype support optimization and assessment of adaptability, and interaction correlation of support versus roof, which can finally benefit the supporting scheme for the working face.
