气溶胶灭火技术防治采空区自燃火灾的应用潜力研究

    为给采空区遗煤自燃防治提供新途径,介绍了冷热气溶胶灭火技术的机理与研究进展,分析了各类气溶胶灭火技术的原理、优缺点及适用条件。结果表明:溶胶灭火具有物理吸热、隔氧及化学抑制等多重效果,气溶胶粒子扩散迅速且能够在煤表面沉积,可以有效抑制采空区遗煤氧化。为分析气溶胶灭火技术抑制煤自燃的效果,利用超声波雾化发生含Mg、Al、Zn氯化盐气溶胶与Na OH气溶胶同时流经煤颗粒表面,协同处理煤样,经过气溶胶处理,生成金属氢氧化物沉淀后,表面官能团活性受到了不同程度的抑制,其中Al和Mg气溶胶对—OH结构的抑制较为显著,Zn气溶胶对C—O结构的抑制较为明显。
  • Abstract
    In order to provide new approaches for prevention and control spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf,the mechanism and research progress of aerosol fire-extinguishing technology are introduced. The principles,advantages,disadvantages and applicable conditions of all kinds of aerosol fire-extinguishing technologies are analyzed. The results show that the sols have multiple extinguishing effects,such as heat absorption,isolation and chemical inhibition. The aerosol particles spread quickly and can be deposited on the surface of coal,which can effectively inhibit the oxidation of coal in the goaf.In order to analyse the effect of inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion with aerosol fire-extinguishing technology,the ultrasonic atomization was used to produce Mg,Al,Zn chloride aerosol and NaOH aerosols for treating coal sample synergetically. Activity of surface functional group on coal is inhibited by the formation of hydroxide precipitation. The inhibition of Al and Mg aerosol to —OH structure is more significant,and Zn aerosol has a more obvious inhibition on the structure of C—O.
