Influence law of kinematic parameters on the stress of drum cutting coal gangue

由于夹矸煤岩赋存条件的复杂性及滚筒截割煤岩过程载荷的非线性,得到滚筒截割煤岩的应力信息非常困难,因此很难从可靠性方面对运动学参数进行匹配。以煤岩截割机理和有限元理论为基础,利用LS-DYNA建立螺旋滚筒截割夹矸煤岩的耦合模型,分别对不同工况进行截割过程的动态模拟,以获取煤岩体、滚筒截齿相关组件的最大应力信息。采用曲面拟合技术分析滚筒转速及牵引速度对煤岩体、滚筒截齿相关组件最大应力的影响规律,建立了相关零件应力关于滚筒转速及牵引速度的规律方程。以采煤机生产率、截割比能耗为目标建立了采煤机滚筒运动学参数的优化方程,并得到了滚筒转速与牵引速度的最佳匹配值,研究表明:当滚筒转速为61. 63 r/min,牵引速度为4. 776 m/min时,采煤机生产率可达190. 64 t/h,截割比能耗仅为0. 868 9 kW·h/m3。截齿合金头、齿体、齿座、叶片的应力分别为:1 339. 4,887. 5,454. 7,105. 2 MPa,岩石和煤体最大应力分别为:59. 15,8. 799 MPa。
Because of the complexity of the occurrence conditions of coal gangue and the nonlinearity of the load during coal and rock cutting by drum,it is very difficult to obtain the stress information. Therefore,it is hard to match the ki-nematics parameters from the aspect of reliability. According to the coal cutting mecha-nism and finite element theory, the coupling model of cutting coal gangue by spiral drum was established by using LS-DYNA. To obtain the maximum stress information of coal gangue and drum-picks-related compo-nents,the dynamic simulation of cutting process under different working conditions was carried out respec-tively. By using surface fitting technique,the influence law of drum rotating speed and hauling speed on the maximum stress of coal-rock and drum-picks-related component was analyzed, and the law equations were established. Taking the shearer productivity and cutting energy consumption as the object, the optimization equation of kinematic parameters of shearer drum was established,and the best matching value of drum speed and hauling speed was obtained. The results show that when the drum rotating speed is 61. 63 r / min and the hauling speed is 4. 776 m / min,the shearer productivity can reach 190. 64 t / h,and the cutting energy con-sump-tion is only 0. 868 9 kW·h / m3 . The stress of alloy head,pick body and holder are 1339. 4 MPa,887. 5 MPa,454. 7 MPa and 105. 2 MPa,respectively,and the maximum stress of rock and coal are 59. 15 MPa and 8. 799 MPa,respec-tively.
