    为解决塔山煤矿三采区采掘接替紧张的问题,采用切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术在该采区进行切顶留巷试验研究。首先,系统介绍了切顶留巷技术原理、工艺流程及切顶留巷关键技术;其次,结合该煤矿工程地质条件,采用理论分析计算、数值软件模拟和现场爆破试验等方法,得出顶板预裂切缝高度为7.5 m、切缝角度为15°、恒阻锚索长度为9 m等关键参数,单孔最优装药结构为4+3+3+2,孔间距500 mm。留巷稳定后,顶板最大下沉量为188 mm,底鼓最大值为100 mm,两帮收缩最大值为164 mm,监测结果表明切顶卸压条件下,留巷效果满足生产需求。

  • Abstract

    In order to solve the problem of mining and excavation alternation tension of Tashan Coal Mine, the technology of gob-side entry retaining by roof cutting and pressure releasing was carried out in the mining area. Firstly, the technical principle, technological process and key technology of gob-side entry retaining by roof cutting and pressure releasing are systematically introduced. Secondly, combined with the mine engineering geological conditions, using theoretical analysis calculation, numerical software simulation and field blasting test, it concluded that the pre-splitting kerf of the roof is 7.5 m, the angle of the kerf is 15°, the length of the constant-resistance cable is 9 m, the optimal charging structure of single hole is 4+3+3+2 and the of hole spacing is 500 mm. After the roadway is stabilized, the maximum subsidence amount of the roof is 188 mm, the maximum of the floor heave is 100 mm and the maximum shrinkage of two sides is 164 mm. The monitoring results show that the effect of gob-side entry retaining meets the production demand under the condition of roof cutting and pressure releasing.
