    为了研究微观尺度下煤岩力学特性以及影响因素,以保德地区烟煤样品(Ro=0.80%)为研究对象,使用原子力显微镜的力学性能量化模块,通过测量煤岩表面不同位置的杨氏模量与黏附力,利用NanoScope Analysis软件对所测得的数据进行处理分析,得到煤岩表面形貌图、杨氏模量图、黏附力图和形变量图,并进一步分析表面力学性质的影响因素。研究结果表明:整个扫描区域的杨氏模量平均值为7.62 GPa,测量结果大于传统岩石力学测试方法的试验结果,其中有机质的弹性模量约为2 GPa,黏土矿物的弹性模量平均值在15 GPa左右;黏附力范围在10~40 nN,影响杨氏模量和黏附力的主要因素为粗糙度,同时孔隙的分布也影响着黏附力的大小,其所在的位置有较大的黏附力。


  • Abstract
    In order to study the mechanical properties and influencing factors of coal rock at the microscopic scale, this paper takes the bituminous coal sample (Ro=0.80%) in Baode area as the research object. The mechanical performance quantification module in atomic force microscopy is used to measure Young′s modulus and adhesion at different locations on coal rock surface and the data obtained were processed and analyzed by NanoScope Analysis software to obtain coal surface topography, Young′s modulus, adhesion force image and deformationimage.And the influencing factors of surface mechanical properties were analyzed.The results show that the average Young′s modulus of the whole scanning area is 7.62 GPa, which is larger than the traditional rock mechanics test method. The Young′s modulus of organic matter is about 2 GPa, and the average Young′s modulus of clay minerals is about 15 GPa.The adhesion force ranges from 10 nN to 40 nN. The main factor affecting Young′s modulus and adhesion force is roughness.The distribution of pores also affects the adhesion force, and the location of the pore often has a larger value of the adhesion force.
