    直接法测瓦斯含量是煤层瓦斯含量测定的重要方法,对井下瓦斯含量快速测定具有非常重要的作用。在该方法中,损失量计算的准确与否对瓦斯含量测定的准确性具有较大影响。为了探讨该方法的准确性,模拟了煤矿井下直接法测瓦斯含量的测试条件,设计了煤的瓦斯解吸实验。依据现行的直接法测定瓦斯含量的国家标准进行了实验测试,设置了不同的瓦斯吸附压力来改变瓦斯含量,设置了不同的煤样暴露时间来改变瓦斯解吸的损失量。实验采用通用的煤瓦斯吸附解吸实验系统,取用山西凤凰山矿9号原煤,将其粉碎为5种粒度后均匀混合,分别进行了不同压力、不同煤样暴露时间的解吸实验。根据实验数据,采用国家标准规定的方法进行了损失量计算。计算结果表明,国家标准规定的损失量计算方法具有较大的误差,误差原因为:在煤的瓦斯解吸过程中,瓦斯解吸速度随时间变化其规律性并不一致,而单一的√t规律或幂函数规律对解吸速度的变化考虑的并不全面。通过损失量计算及误差分析结果,结合瓦斯分子微观解吸扩散过程进行分析,将直接法测含量中瓦斯解吸过程应分为3个阶段,分别是:符合线性规律的初期高速释放阶段、符合√t规律的中期快速解吸阶段、符合幂函数规律的后期缓速放散阶段,并给出了不同阶段对应的解吸量与解吸时间的数学表达式。

  • Abstract
    The direct method is important for determining the gas content of coal seams and has a significant effect on the rapid determination of gas content in underground coal mines. The accuracy of the loss has a great impact on the accuracy of the gas content determination. In order to investigate the accuracy of this method,the test conditions of di- rect gas content measurement in coal mines were simulated, and the gas desorption experiments for coal were de- signed. The experiments were carried out according to the current national standards for direct measurement of gas con- tent. Different gas adsorption pressures were set to change the gas content. Different coal exposure times were set to modify the gas desorption loss. The experiments adopted a general coal gas adsorption and desorption experiment sys- tem. The No. 9 coal from Fenghuangshan Coal Mine in Shanxi was crushed into five particle sizes and mixed uniformly. Desorption experiments with different pressures and different exposure times were performed. Based on the experi- mental data,the calculation of the loss was carried out using the method prescribed by the national standard. The cal- culation results show that the method stipulated by the national standard has a large error. The reason for the error is that during the gas desorption process of coal,the gas desorption speed varies with time,but the single t law or power function law does not consider the variation comprehensively. Based on the calculation of the loss and the analysis of the error,combined with the microscopic desorption and diffusion of the gas molecule,the gas desorption in the direct method of determining gas content should be divided into three phases,which are the high-speed release phase confir- ming to the linear law at the beginning stage,the fast desorption phase confirming to the t law at the middle stage and the slow release phase confirming to the power functions law at the late stage. In addition,the paper provides the math- ematical expressions of desorption amount and desorption time corresponding to different stages.
