Study on the properties of non-solidified materials and intelligent hole sealing device for gas drainage drilling

为了克服已有瓦斯钻孔封堵技术中固态封堵材料无法封堵次生裂隙、导致瓦斯抽采后期抽采效果急剧下降的难题,提出了一种操作简单、成本低廉、提高钻孔密封效果的瓦斯抽采钻孔密封方法,即通过注浆泵带压注浆的方法将一种非凝固的半流体封孔材料注入2段膨胀封堵材料形成的密闭空间内对煤岩裂隙进行封堵,同时为了配合非凝固浆液在井下需要长期保压的需求,研发了智能控制瓦斯抽采钻孔非凝固恒压浆液封孔系统,这套系统通过对抽采瓦斯钻孔封孔状况进行自动监测,可以在钻孔压力下降到一定数值后自动补浆,形成动态持续封堵机制。重点介绍了研制的非凝固材料成分,主要有钠基膨润土和高岭土构成,还添加了粉煤灰,三聚磷酸钠和硅酸盐水泥材料。通过测试不同水灰比范围为5∶1至20∶1的浆液的流动度、析水率的变化情况,得到4组符合要求的非凝固材料浆液水灰比,分别是8∶1、10∶1、12∶1和14∶1,最后通过测试这4组水灰比浆液在纱网中的滞留百分比,确定了非凝固材料在井下使用的最佳水灰配比为10∶1,同时对研发的智能瓦斯封孔系统也进行初步介绍。在城郊煤矿的应用结果表明:使用该技术,钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度比原有水泥基材料封孔提高了62%,同时抽采时间延长2倍。证明该工艺技术具有良好的应用前景。
In order to solve the problem of the inability of solid sealing materials to block secondary fractures in the existing gas drilling plugging technology, which leads to a sharp decline of the drainage effect at the later stage of drainage, this paper proposes a simple operation method, with low cost and improved sealing effect of the gas drilling sealing.That is, a kind of non-solidified semi-fluid sealing material is injected into the confined space formed by two-stage expansion sealing material by grouting pump with pressure to seal the coal rock fractures.Meanwhile, in order to meet the demand of long-term pressure maintaining of non-solidified slurry, an intelligently controlled system of non-solidified constant pressure slurry sealing for gas drainage drilling is developed.This system can automatically monitor the gas sealing and drainage status of gas drainage,which can reduce the drilling pressure to a certain level.After the value is automatically replenished, a dynamic continuous plugging mechanism is formed.The components of the developed non-solidified materials are mainly introduced, which mainly composes of sodium-based bentonite and kaolin, and fly ash, sodium tripolyphosphate and portland cement materials are also added.By testing the changes of fluidity and water separation rate of the slurry with different water-cement ratio ranging from 5 ∶1 to 20 ∶1, the water cement ratio of four groups of non-solidified material slurry meeting the requirements were obtained, which were 8 ∶1, 10 ∶1, 12 ∶1 and 14 ∶1 respectively.Finally, by testing the retention percentage of these four groups of water-cement ratio slurry in the yarn net, the optimal water-cement ratio of non-solidified material used underground was determined to be 10 ∶1.At the same time, the intelligent gas sealing system is also introduced.The application results in the suburban coal mines show that the gas drainage concentration of the borehole is 62% higher than that of the original cement-based material, and the extraction time is two times longer.It was proved that this technology has a good application prospect.
