摘要
为扩大高炉喷吹烟煤范围,拓展神东烟煤的清洁高效利用途径,基于神东烟煤的煤质特征,采用试验与相关性分析的方法对高炉喷吹混配神东烟煤的关键工艺性能指标进行研究。结果表明:混配神东烟煤后混煤的灰分、挥发分和有效热值的线性相关系数R~2≥0.9,与无烟煤混配能够明显降低混煤的爆炸性,同时提高混煤灰分的软化温度(ST>1 300℃),满足高炉喷吹要求;热重试验结果表明,7种神东烟煤的燃烧反应主要集中在低温区(<500℃),且都优于无烟煤。混煤燃烧过程中神东烟煤对无烟煤的燃烧具有明显的促燃作用,且混煤中神东烟煤的配比越大,促燃作用越明显,高炉喷吹混煤中神东烟煤所占配比可以达到50%甚至更高。

Abstract
To expand the scope of blast furnace injection of bituminous and expand the clean and efficient utilization of Shendong bituminous,this paper based on t
he coal quality characteristics of Shendong bituminous,selected Shendong bituminous as the research object,and the key process performance indicators of Shendong
coal were studied by the method of experiment and correlation analysis. The results show that the R2 of ash,volatile matter and effective calorific value of blended coals
isz0.9.Blended with anthracite can significantly reduce the explosiveness of blended coals and improve the ST of blended coals( ST>1 300 °C),to meet the requirements
of blast furnace injection.The results of TG show that the combustion performance of seven kinds of Shendong bituminous are mainly concentrated in the low temperatu
re zone( < 500 °C),and are superior to anthracite.In the combustion process of blended coals, Shendong bituminous plays an obvious role in promoting the combustion 0
f anthracite,and the larger the ratio of Shendong bituminous in the blended coals,the more obvious the role in promoting the combustion,and the proportion of shendong
bituminous in the blended coals injected into blast furnace can reach 50% or even higher.
