浅埋深工作面基岩层全厚切落的时空演化过程

    浅埋深工作面顶板切落灾害作为一种岩石工程的失稳事件,有其自身的形成条件及发生过程,掌握其发生演化的时空全过程对研究切顶灾害预防和控制技术有重要意义。利用相似模拟试验方法分析浅埋深工作面顶板基岩层全厚切落事件的发生演化过程,研究工作面支架与顶板的相互作用过程与基岩层全厚切落时空序列特征。研究结果表明,浅埋深长壁工作面“支架-顶板”作用过程分为支架与顶板循环内下沉和支架与顶板周期下沉的相互作用两方面。工作面支架的“降—移—升—接顶”每个动作都在顶板覆岩运动的影响下,同时每个动作也会对顶板岩层产生相应作用;基本顶上方基岩层主要以悬臂梁形式存在,随着工作面采出空间的加大,首先会在悬臂梁上部拉应力最大区域产生裂缝,随着地下工作面推进裂缝逐步扩展,断裂的悬梁产生弯曲和下沉趋势,直至贯通至工作面顶板。由于浅埋深工作面基岩层全厚切落事件发生的不同阶段都会对工作面产生相应的压力显现影响,综合浅埋深基岩层全厚切落周期与支架受力变化特征可对基岩层全厚切落形成预判。结合现场切顶案例分析,在浅埋深工作面遇基岩全厚切落周期前期,并伴随出现支架阻力明显持续上升现象时,基本可判断为有可能发生基岩层全厚切落事件,较快的工作面推进速度和有效的支架支撑力是应对顶板切落灾害的重要措施。

  • Abstract

    Roof cutting disaster of shallow buried coal seam is an instability accident in geotechnical engineering,which has itself formation conditions and procedures,and it has great significance for the prevention and control of the roof cutting events when whole process of its space-time evolution is well understood.As well as space-time sequence characteristics of foundation rock fully cutting,the interaction between working face support and roof was studied by physical similarity simulation test to analyze the procedures of roof cutting.The results showed that the interaction between shallow buried working face support and roof can be divided into two parts as cyclic and periodic sink.At the same time,every action of descending,movement,rising,roof contacting is influenced by overburden and the action also has some impact on overburden.Rock layer above basic roof reflects as cantilever beam and some cracks occur in the area of maximum tensile stress on the upper cantilever beam.As working face advancing,cracks will extend to roof when cantilever beam break and bend down.For the season that the different phases of foundation rock fully cutting has impact on working face pressure,the fully cutting of foundation rock can be predicted considering cutting cycle and support load characteristics.Combined with the cutting case in field,the earlier stage of fully cutting event can be deemed to happen when support load keeps increasing.Fast advancing speed and effective support strength are important measures to deal with roof cutting disaster.
