Study on hydrocarbon generation structure evolution of bituminous coal in Shitai Mine,Huaibei coalfield

随着煤化作用的进程,煤中不同显微组分可以生成油气,该过程可以通过热模拟试验完成。为获得烟煤生烃结构演化特征,采集了淮北煤田4煤层样品,基于黄金管热解生烃试验、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM),分析了不同升温速率下烃类产率特征,研究了生烃过程中煤化学结构演化规律,计算了FTIR和HRTEM结构参数,探讨了生烃产率和结构演化之间的对应关系。结果表明:C1-5和甲烷随着温度升高,产率不断增大,且在中间温度区间急剧增大,C14+先增大后减小,且不同升温速率,达到峰值的温度有所差异。CH2/CH3和A2800-3000 cm-1/A3000-3100 cm-1呈现不一样的变化规律,但均有降低的趋势。0~0.1 nm芳香结构占比均为最多,0~1.0 nm表现出先降低-升高的周期性变化趋势。烟煤及热解产物的芳香结构主要包括2×2、3×3、4×4,含有少量的5×5尺寸芳香结构,45°主方向性变化降低、保持和升高的趋势规律。
With the process of coalification,different macerals in coal can generate oil and gas,which can be completed by thermal simulation experiment. In order to obtain the evolution characteristics of hydrocarbon generation structure of bituminous coal,the samples of No.4 coal seam in Huaibei coalfield were collected. Based on the experiment of hydrocarbon generation by gold tube pyrolysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),the characteristics of hydrocarbon yield under different heating rates were analyzed,the evolution law of coal chemical structure during hydrocarbon generation was studied,the structural parameters of FTIR and HRTEM were calculated,and the hydrocarbon generation mechanism was discussed The corresponding relationship between hydrocarbon yield and structural evolution. The results show that:with the increase of temperature,the yields of C1-5 and methane increase continuously,and increase sharply in the middle temperature range,C14 + first increases and then decreases,and the temperature at which the peak value is reached is different at different heating rates. CH2 / CH3 and A2800-3000 cm-1/A3000-3100 cm-1 showed different change rules,and both showed a decreasing trend. 0~0.1 nm showed the largest proportion of aromatic structure,and 0~1.0 nm showed a periodic trend of first decrease and then increase. The aromatic structures of bituminous coal and pyrolysis products mainly include 2×2,3×3,4×4,with a small amount of 5×5 aromatic structure. The main directional change of bituminous coal and pyrolysis products decreases,maintains and increases at 45°.
