Development and application of geological guarantee system software for safe and intelligent coal mining

随着我国智能化煤矿建设工作的快速推进,开发煤炭安全智能开采地质保障系统软件已成为当前的急需任务。以陕煤集团各煤矿地质条件为背景,采用MySQL8.0、VS2019、OpenGL等开发工具,开发了煤炭安全智能开采地质保障系统软件。该系统由地质信息管理、二/三维一体化建模、开采地质条件评价预测、工作面精细地质建模、地质灾害预警、地质大数据分析和导航7个子系统组成。地质信息管理子系统主要存储和管理地质、测量、物探等信息,为三维地质建模、开采地质条件评价预测、地质灾害预警、工作面精细地质建模和大数据分析提供基础数据;二/三维一体化建模子系统可绘制各种二维图件、构建三维地质模型,为煤矿地质工作者提供必需的图件和可视化三维模型;开采地质条件评价预测子系统能进行地质构造复杂程度评价、顶板涌(突)水危险性评价预测、底板涌(突)水危险性评价预测、瓦斯灾害危险性评价预测、冲击地压危险性评价预测、开采地质条件综合评价和矿井地质类型划分,为工作面布置、地质灾害预警提供二维图件和三维模型;工作面精细地质建模子系统能融合工作面巷道写实、钻探、物探等各种地质信息,构建工作面高精度三维地质模型并进行动态更新,为工作面智能回采提供规划截割数据;地质灾害预警子系统可依据开采地质条件评价预测结果、隐蔽致灾因素普查结果和水文、瓦斯、冲击地压实时监测数据,进行水害、瓦斯灾害和冲击地压灾害的距离预警和实时预警,为工作面安全开采提供灾害预警保障;大数据分析子系统可进行多源数据统计分析、机器学习和深度学习,为煤矿地质大数据利用提供分析方法;导航子系统可用于查询地质保障系统建设成果。该软件系统已在红柳林煤矿得到应用,基本满足了智能化矿井建设对地质保障软件系统要求,支撑了煤炭安全智能高效开采。
With the rapid promotion of construction work of intelligent coal mines in China, the development of geological security system software for safe and intelligent coal mining has became an urgent task at present. This paper develops a coal safety intelligent mining geological security system software with MySQL8.0, VS2019, OpenGL and other development tools base on geological conditions of coal mines of Shaanxi Coal Group. The systemconsists of six subsystems:geological information management, integrated 2/3D modeling, mining geological condition evaluation and prediction, working face fine geological modeling, geohazard warning and geological big data analysis. Geological information management subsystem mainly stores and manages geological, surveying, geophysical prospecting and other information, and provides basic data for 3D geological modeling, mining geological condition evaluation and prediction, geohazard warning, fine geological modeling of working face and big data analysis. 2/3D integrated modeling subsystem can draw various 2D drawings and build 3D geological models to further provide coal mine geologists with the necessary drawings and visualized 3D models. Mining geology evaluation and prediction subsystem can evaluate the complexity of geological structure, evaluate and predict the risk of water surging from roof/floor, gas disaster and impact ground pressure, comprehensively evaluate geological conditions of mining and classify mine geological types, and provide 2D drawings and 3D models for workface layout and geohazard warning. Workface fine geological modeling subsystem can fuse various kinds of geological information such as workface roadway realistic printing, drilling and geophysical prospecting, to build a high-precision 3D geological model of the workface, and the model can update dynamically through those constantly changing information, and further provide planning cut-off data for intelligent workface retrieval. Geohazard warning subsystem can carry out distance warning and real-time warning of water damage, gas disaster and impact pressure disaster base on the evaluation and prediction 〖JP2〗results of mining geological conditions, census results of hidden disaster-causing factors and real-time monitoring data of hydrology, gas and impact pressure to provide disaster warning guarantee for safe mining of workface. Geological big data analysis subsystem can perform multi-source data statistical analysis, machine learning and deep learning, providing analysis methods for the utilization of coal mine geological big data. The navigation subsystem can be used to query the achievements of geological security system construction.This software system has been applied in Hongliulin coal mine, which basically meets the requirements of intelligent mine construction for geological security software system and supports safe and intelligent coal mining.
