Research on equipment intelligent control system in large mining height fully-mechanized face

随着智能综采设备技术的不断发展,单机设备的智能化程度不断提高,也面临着大采高设备间不能有效互联互通,严重影响协同效率的新问题,而在8 m以上大采高智能化集控技术上,目前仍是空白,没有可借鉴的成功经验。为保证大采高综采工作面生产过程高产、高效、连续有序进行,研发了大采高综采工作面设备智能控制系统。该系统以Ethernet/IP实时工业以太网总线协议为基础,根据大采高综采设备的运行和通讯特点,构建了统一、高效的综采设备通讯协议标准,建立了统一的服务器、存储及数据接口标准,统一了单轨吊集中控制室、移变列车集中控制室和地面智能专家决策平台3个控制平台,实现整个工作面设备的监控与数据交互的功能,同时降低了平台操作的学习难度。采用两层控制模式,主从冗余控制方案,保证数据的稳定性和一致性,提高了系统整体的控制效率;根据综采设备工作和生产环境的特点,构建了综采设备联动控制模型,实现了采煤机联动控制、“三机”联动控制、支架、泵站联动控制,提高设备间协同效率;系统的集中控制与协同控制功能,可以实现大采高综采设备一键启停、协同作业;智能分析专家决策系统存储并分析工作面设备历史数据规律,同时引入专家经验规则,专家诊断知识库,构建了闭环决策,指导工作面生产。
With the continuous development of intelligent fully mechanized mining equipment technology, the intelligence degree of stand-alone equipment continues to improve, but it also faces the new problem of ineffective interconnection between equipment with large mining heights, which seriously affects the efficiency of collaboration. However, in the intelligent centralized control technology of large mining height over 8m, it is still blank at present, and there is no successful experience for reference. In order to ensure the high-yield, high-efficiency, continuous and orderly production process of the fully mechanized mining face with large mining height, an intelligent control system of large-height fully mechanized mining face equipment was developed. The system is based on Ethernet/IP real-time industrial Ethernet bus protocol, and according to the operation and communication characteristics of the fully mechanized mining equipment with large mining heights, a unified and efficient communication protocol standard for fully mechanized mining equipment is constructed, and a unified server, storage and data interface standard is established. Three control platforms, namely, centralized control room of monorail crane, centralized control room of shifting train and ground intelligent expert decision-making platform, are unified to realize the function of monitoring and data interaction of the whole working face equipment, and reduce the learning difficulty of platform operation. The two-layer control mode and the master-slave redundancy control scheme are adopted to ensure the stability and consistency of data and improve the overall control efficiency of the system. According to the characteristics of the work and production environment of the fully mechanized mining equipment, the shearer linkage control, three-machine linkage control, support, and pump station linkage control are realized to improve the efficiency of collaboration between equipment;the centralized control and cooperative control function of the system can realize the one-click start-stop and cooperative operation of fully mechanized mining equipment with large mining heights. The intelligent analysis expert decision-making system stores and analyzes the law of the historical data of the equipment in the working face, and introduces the expert experience rules and expert diagnosis knowledge base to construct the closed-loop decision-making and guide the production of the working face.
