摘要
开发高效的 CO2化学转化和利用技术是推动碳捕集利用(CCU)技术快速发展的关键,对我国实现双碳战略目标具有重要意义。 沸石分子筛是一种具有规整微孔结构、高结晶度以及高水热稳定性的无机材料,在 CO2化学转化领域有着广泛的应用前景。 本文介绍了当前沸石分子筛催化材料在 CO2转化领域的应用研究进展,重点介绍了沸石催化剂在 CO2-CH4干重整、CO2加氢以及等离子体驱动 CO2转化方面的最新研究进展。 理性设计并可控构筑高性能沸石分子筛催化材料以最大限度地提高 CO2转化效率和产物收率,是未来该领域的研究重点。 尽管沸石分子筛催化材料在 CO2转化领域表现出良好的应用前景,但仍有很多方面值得深入开展研究:1)在 CO2直接加氢制 C+2碳氢化合物(如芳烃)体系中,沸石分子筛的催化性质有着非常关键的作用,如何有效合成并调控沸石的酸性位点,是提高目标产物选择性和收率的关键;2)面向高通量 CO2转化过程,结合 3D 打印技术,实现整体式结构沸石分子筛催化材料的可控制备,将成为该领域的重要发展方向;3)面向新兴催化技术(如电催化、等离子体催化等),设计开发相应的沸石分子筛催化材料,也必将为沸石分子筛催化材料的应用拓展提供可能。

Abstract
Development of highly efficient CO2 conversion technologies is key to advancing carbon cap⁃ture and unitization (CCU), being very important to achieve the China′s carbon neutral climate goals.Zeolites are microporous and crystalline aluminosilicates with good stability and have shown the promiseto be applied as the catalysts to promote CO2 conversion processes. Here, this review provides the state-of-the-art advances of zeolite-based catalysts for CO2 conversion with special focus on CO2 / CH4 dryreforming, CO2 hydrogenation and that promoted by non-thermal plasma activation. Based on the criti⁃cal review, perspectives of rational design of zeolite-based catalysts are proposed to maximize CO2 con⁃version and target product yield, which are exemplified by (1) manipulation of the physiochemicalproperties of zeolite-based catalysts for improving the selectivity and yield in direct CO2 hydrogenationinto C+2 hydrocarbons (such as aromatics); (2) preparation of integrated zeolite-based catalysts usingadditive manufacturing techniques for high throughput CO2 conversion processes; and (3) bespoke de⁃sign of zeolite-based catalysts to be applied in the emerging fields such as electrocatalysis and nonthermal plasma catalysis.
