    当前煤矿智能化建设的迫切需求是建设智能综合管控平台。神东煤炭集团积极响应国家能源局八部委下发的煤矿智能化发展指导意见和国家能源集团制定的煤矿智能化建设指南,以煤矿智能管控平台建设为载体,深入研究煤炭生产系统特点,对生产数据进行归类整合,构建了神东生产数据标准化管理规范体系,搭建了企业万亿级生产数据仓库,构建了煤矿智能一体化管控平台应用架构。全部应用国产软件,围绕工业控制系统向网络化、智能化“工业4.0”转型重大需求,瞄准矿井生产安全预警管控难点,构建了基于国产软件的煤矿智能管控平台,助力神东13矿14井智能矿山的建设。
  • Abstract
    At present, the urgent need of intelligent coal mine construction is to build an intelligent integrated managementand control platform. Shendong Coal Group is actively responded to the intelligent coal mine development guidelines issuedby eight ministries and commissions and the National Energy Administration and the intelligent coal mine constructionguidelines formulated by the National Energy Group. Taking construction of intelligent coal mine management and controlplatform as a carrier, the characteristics of Shendong Coal production system are studied, production data are classified andintegrated, and a standardized management system of Shendong production data is built. A trillion-level production datawarehouse is constructed, an application architecture of intelligent integrated control platform for coal mine is built using100% of domestic software. Focusing on the major requirement of industrial control system transforming to network and intelligent “ Industry 4. 0” and aiming at the difficulties of mine production safety early warning and control, an intelligentcontrol platform for coal mine based on domestic software has been built to assist the construction of intelligent mine in 14well of Shendong 13 Coal Mine.
