摘要
结合煤质粉状活性炭的性质特点,试制煤质粉状活性炭着火点测试装置,通过调整测试参数确定适宜的试验条件,获取煤质粉状活性炭着火点的测试方法,对煤质粉状活性炭的实际应用及对着火危险性的预测和评估均具有重要意义。为研究煤质粉状活性炭着火点的测试方法,研制煤质粉状活性炭着火点测试装置,采用控制变量法对煤质粉状活性炭进行装样量、空气流量、不锈钢网片孔径、试样粒度、升温速率的单因素试验,通过正交试验探究5种参数对煤质粉状活性炭着火点测试的影响。研究结果表明,适宜的参数组合条件为装样量6g、空气流量1000mL/min、不锈钢网片孔径0.150mm、试样粒度0.063mm、升温速率6~7℃/min,煤质粉状活性炭着火点的精密度控制限建议为≤20℃或相对标准偏差≤3%。上述研究成果拟为国内煤质粉状活性炭着火点测定国家标准的研制提供技术支撑。

Abstract
Combined with the properties and characteristics of coal⁃based powdered activated carbon, the test deviceof coal⁃based powdered activated carbon ignition point is prepared, the appropriate test conditions are determined byadjusting the test parameters, and the test method of coal⁃based powdered activated carbon ignition point is obtained,which is of great significance for the practical application of coal⁃based powdered activated carbon and the predictionand evaluation of the fire risk. In order to study the test method of the ignition point of coal⁃based powdered activa⁃ted carbon, a test device for the ignition point of coal⁃based powdered activated carbon was developed. The controlvariable method was used to carry out the single factor test of coal⁃based powdered activated carbon on the sampleloading volume, air flow, stainless steel mesh aperture, sample size and heating rate. The influence of five parame⁃ters on the ignition point test of coal⁃based powdered activated carbon was explored through orthogonal test. The re⁃search results show that the appropriate parameter combination conditions are 6 g loading volume, 1 000 mL/ min airflow, 0. 150 mm stainless steel mesh aperture, 0. 063 mm sample size, heating rate of 6 ~7 ℃ / min, and the rec⁃ommended precision control limit of the ignition point of coal⁃based powdered activated carbon is ≤20 ℃ or the rela⁃tive standard deviation is ≤3%. The results of this study are intended to provide technical support for the develop⁃ment of the national standard for determination of ignition point of coal⁃based powdered activated carbon in China.
