铁掺杂氮化硼对制药废水中土霉素的吸附性能研究

    为减少工业制药废水中的土霉素污染,采用绿色、快速的球磨工艺一步合成了铁掺杂氮化硼纳米片(Fe-BN),并研究了其对制药废水中土霉素的去除性能。 利用球磨的物理机械力,同步实现商品氮化硼的高效剥离和铁基活性中心的掺杂。 通过 XRD、FTIR、XPS、TEM、N2-吸附脱附曲线等表征分析吸附剂 Fe(5%)-BN 的理化性质,并系统研究了其对土霉素(OTC)的吸附性能和机理。 结果表明:Fe(5%)-BN 的比表面积在球磨 45 min 后提升了 3 倍以上,Fe 元素主要以Fe2O3的形式掺杂在 BN 片层结构中,OTC 在 Fe(5%) -BN 上的吸附容量相较其前驱体商品氮化硼提升了约 7.7 倍;吸附符合准二级动力学模型和 Freundlich 等温线模型,吸附过程为自发吸热,吸附机理主要是阳离子桥作用、静电相互作用和 π—π 作用;经过 4 次吸附-解吸循环后,OTC 的去除率仍高于 94%,循环稳定性良好。
  • Abstract
    To reduce the environmental pollution of oxytetracycline ( OTC ) in pharmaceuticalwastewater, Fe-doped boron nitride nanosheets (Fe-BN) were synthesized in one step with a greenand rapid ball milling process, and the adsorption performance of oxytetracycline on them was investi⁃gated. The shear stress provided by the mill balls completed thinning and Fe doping of BN at the sametime. The properties of the adsorbent were analyzed by XRD, FTIR, XPS, TEM and nitrogen adsorp⁃tion. Fe(5%)-BN with the best performance was selected for comprehensive adsorption performanceand mechanism research, and the results showed that the specific surface area of it was enhanced morethan 3 times after 45 minutes of ball milling. Fe element was mainly doped in the BN lamellar structurein the form of Fe2O3. Compared with commercial boron nitride, the adsorption capacity of OTC on Fe(5%)-BN increased by 7.7 times. The adsorption conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic modeland Freundlich isotherm model and the adsorption process is spontaneous endothermic. The adsorptionis mainly through cation bridge, electrostatic interaction and π—π interaction. After four adsorptiondesorption cycles, the removal efficiency of OTC was still higher than 94%, indicating the good cyclicstability of Fe(5%)-BN.
