摘要
在优质炼焦煤资源紧张的背景下,利用贫瘦煤替代瘦煤已成为降低配煤成本的突破口。以典型的贫瘦煤、瘦煤等炼焦煤资源为研究对象,在掌握其基础煤质特性的基础上,利用单煤成焦试验、配合煤小焦炉试验和工业焦炉验证等展开炼焦方法研究。由相关研究分析发现,贫瘦煤是高变质、低挥发分、弱黏结性的烟煤,不适合单独炼焦。通过小焦炉实验发现,配入35%贫瘦煤、45%焦煤或1/3焦煤和10%气煤时的焦炭质量突出,焦炭反应后强度(CSR)最高为45.9%,达到焦化行业准一级冶金焦标准。工业验证发现,配入50%的贫瘦煤与焦煤和1/3焦煤炼焦时,焦炭CSR为65.9%;加入10%肥煤等量替换贫瘦煤后,焦炭CSR提升至70.7%。实验证明使用贫瘦煤替代瘦煤炼焦,在特定条件下,贫瘦煤配入量可达到50%,由此提高资源利用率并降低生产成本。

Abstract
Under the background of the shortage of high⁃quality coking coal resources, the use of meager lean coal toreplace lean coal has become a breakthrough to reduce the cost of coal blending. Typical meager lean coal, lean coaland other coking coal resources are taken as the research object. On the basis of acquiring the basic coal quality, thesingle coal coking experiments, mixed coal coking experiments and industrial coke oven verification experiments areused to carry out research on coking methods. It is found that meager lean coal is a bituminous coal with high meta⁃morphism, low volatilization and weak bonding property, so it is not suitable for coking alone. Through small cokeoven coal blending experiments, it is found that the coke quality is outstanding when 35% lean coal, 45% cokingcoal or 1 / 3 coking coal and 10% gas coal are added, and the highest CSR of coke is 45. 9%, which meets the stand⁃ard of quasi⁃first⁃grade metallurgical coke of coking industry. The industrial verification shows that when 50% meagerlean coal is mixed with coking coal and 1 / 3 coking coal, the CSR of coke is 65. 9%; When 10% fat coal is added toreplace meager lean coal, coke CSR increases to 70. 7%. Experiments show that using meager lean coal to replacelean coal in coking can reach 50% under certain conditions, which significantly reduces production cost and improvesresource utilization efficiency.
