    针对深埋厚硬顶板工作面回采过程中周期来压持续距离长、超前支承压力集中系数高、动压显现强烈等问题,以羊场湾煤矿130208工作面为研究对象,依据关键层理论确定了目标压裂层位,基于Hubbert-Willsi非渗透性地层破裂压力计算公式得到理论起裂压力,选用了1.2m3/h大流量高压泵和能实现远距定向的千米定向钻机作为压裂装备,采用长水平孔定向水力压裂技术手段进行了区域卸压。结果表明,该技术卸压范围大,工作面进入压裂区域后周期来压步距明显减小、超前支承压力影响范围减小、应力集中系数降低、动载系数明显减小,来压期间支架增阻明显减小,指数函数增阻曲线比例明显减少,验证了长水平孔定向水力压裂技术效果良好,具有推广应用价值。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the long duration of periodic weighting, high concentration coefficient of advance abutment pressure and strong dynamic pressure behavior in the mining of deep working face with thick hard roof, we took Yangchangwan Coal Mine 130208 working face as the research object and determined the target fracturing layer according to the key layer theory. Based on Hubbert-Willsi formula for calculating fracture pressure of non-permeable formation, the theoretical fracturing pressure was obtained. Large flow high pressure pump (1. 2 m3 / h) and kilometer directional drilling rig for long distance orientation were selected as fracturing equipment and regional pressure relief was carried out using directional hydraulic fracturing with long horizontal holes. The technology has a wide pressure relief range, the interval of periodic weighting is significantly reduced after the working face enters the fracturing area, the influence range of advance abutment pressure is reduced, the coefficient of stress concentration is reduced, and the coefficient of dynamic load is significantly reduced. During weighting, the resistance increase of support declines significantly and the proportion of index function resistance curve drops sharply. This shows that the directional hydraulic fracturing technology with long horizontal hole has good effect and has popularization and application value.
