变压吸附法提纯驱替煤层气中甲烷的实验研究

    通过采用二氧化碳驱替煤层气的甲烷可为二氧化碳的封存提供经济价值,但二氧化碳的混入易降低煤层气的利用价值,因而需通过气体分离的方法对甲烷进行提纯后再进入管网并输送至下游用户使用。为了进一步实现CO2的捕集与煤层气的提纯利用,使用自制吸附剂进行CH4/CO2变压吸附分离中试实验研究,即利用变压吸附中试实验装置以探索不同工艺参数对产品气体积分数和吸附剂处理量的影响,并通过连续性变压吸附实验,形成完整的CO2/CH4分离提纯工艺。实验结果表明,通过两级变压吸附工艺提纯后,CH4体积分数可由原料气中的80%提升至99.21%,回收率达94.93%,CO2体积分数由20%降低至1%以下。使用变压吸附法能够提纯CO2驱替煤层气中的甲烷,从而降低CO2驱替煤层气工艺对煤层气浓度的影响。通过两级变压吸附提浓甲烷实验,已形成产出气压缩、脱水除油除尘净化、两级变压吸附CO2/CH4的分离提纯集成工艺,由此验证变压吸附净化提纯CO2驱替煤层气具有可行性。
  • Abstract
    The use of carbon dioxide to replace methane from coalbed methane can provide economic value for thestorage of carbon dioxide, but the mixing of carbon dioxide can easily reduce the utilization value of coalbed methane.Therefore, it is necessary to purify methane through gas separation before entering the pipeline network and transpor⁃ting it to downstream users for use. In order to further achieve the capture of CO2 and the purification and utilization ofcoalbed methane, a self⁃made adsorbent was used for CH4 / CO2 pressure swing adsorption separation pilot experiment.The pressure swing adsorption pilot experiment device was used to explore the effects of different process parameters onproduct gas concentration and adsorbent treatment capacity. Through continuous pressure swing adsorption experi⁃ments, a complete CO2 / CH4 separation and purification process was formed. The experimental results show that afterpurification by two⁃stage pressure swing adsorption process, the CH4 concentration can be increased from 80% in thefeed gas to 99. 21%, the recovery rate can reach 94. 93%, and the CO2 concentration can be reduced from 20% tobelow 1%. The use of pressure swing adsorption method can purify methane in CO2 displacement coalbed methane,thereby reducing the impact of CO2 displacement coalbed methane technology on coalbed methane concentration.Through two⁃stage pressure swing adsorption experiments to concentrate methane, an integrated process of gas com⁃pression, dehydration, oil removal, dust removal, and purification, as well as two⁃stage pressure swing adsorptionCO2 / CH4 separation and purification, has been formed. This verifies the feasibility of pressure swing adsorption puri⁃fication for CO2 displacement of coalbed methane.
