初沉出水与消化液优化配比培养小球藻的研究

    本研究旨在基于前期筛选和驯化获取抗污能力较强的蛋白核小球藻,将其接种到市政污水处理厂的初沉池出水与污泥消化液不同比例(1 ∶ 0、3 ∶ 1、1 ∶ 1、1 ∶ 3 和 0 ∶ 1)混合的污水中,研究污水中小球藻生长速率、油脂产率以及污染物去除率。 结果表明,在比例为 3 ∶ 1 的污水中培养小球藻可以获得最高的藻浓度(0.704 g / L)。 利用比例为 1 ∶ 1 的污水培养小球藻,可以获得最佳的总体产油效果,产油率达到 36.29%。 小球藻对 5 种比例污水的 NH+4 -N、TN 和 PO3-4 -P均表现出较好的去除效果,但对化学需氧量(COD)的去除效果不佳,且在培养过程中 NO-3 -N 浓度一直处于较低水平。 小球藻对比例为 1 ∶ 0、3 ∶ 1 和 1 ∶ 1 污水中的 TP 有较好的去除效果,而对比例为 1 ∶ 3 和 0 ∶ 1 污水中的 TP 去除效果不佳。 综合考虑,初沉池出水与污泥消化液比例为3 ∶ 1 时培养小球藻是较为合适的选择。
  • Abstract
    This study was conducted using Chlorella pyrenoidosa based on previous screening and do⁃mestication. The Chlorella was inoculated into sewage mixed with the effluent from the primary sedimen⁃tation tank and sludge digestion liquid in different proportions (1 ∶ 0, 3 ∶ 1, 1 ∶ 1, 1 ∶ 3, and 0 ∶ 1),observing the growth rate and oil yield of Chlorella pyrenoidosa, as well as the pollutant removal rate inthe sewage. The results indicated that the highest algal concentration of 0.704 g / L was achieved whenChlorella was cultured in sewage with a ratio of 3 ∶ 1. Furthermore, the best oil production effect andmaximum oil production rate of 36.29% were observed when Chlorella was cultured in sewage with a ra⁃tio of 1 ∶ 1. Chlorella demonstrated effective removal of NH+4 -N, TN, and PO3-4 -P in sewage across allratios, but had a poor removal effect on COD. Additionally, the concentration of NO3 -N remained con⁃sistently low throughout the culture process. Chlorella exhibited better removal of TP in sewage with ra⁃tios of 1 ∶ 0, 3 ∶ 1, and 1 ∶ 1, while the ratios of 1 ∶ 3 and 0 ∶ 1 showed less effective removal. Over⁃all, the most favorable Chlorella culture was achieved in sewage with a ratio of 3 ∶ 1.
