    煤中全水分是煤炭评价的重要指标,其准确测定关乎炼焦配煤工艺进而影响焦炭质量,并对管道及设备运行寿命产生显著影响,因而为满足生产调控要求则需对入炉煤的全水分进行实时在线检测。阐述全水分波动对炼焦过程的影响,明确全水分控制的必要性,介绍煤中全水分的赋存形式以及国标全水分测定方法,分析目前直接法或物理量测试间接法的全水分测定方法原理及发展现状,根据目前干燥法测定的优缺点,重点论述间接法中的红外法和微波法在线测量技术原理及应用前景,对比推荐微波法作为在线检测的优选方法,并对其应用方向和联动干基配煤以及煤调湿控制技术进行展望。采用红外法或微波射线法对煤样进行全水分检测可满足在线测试的要求,其中微波法更适合应用于对煤中全水分的测试。将微波水分仪与胶带秤的称量数据联动后上传中控DCS集成分析,依据工艺要求自动调整下料量,可进行干基配煤;反馈全水分测量数据并与煤调湿控制技术联动后可平稳入炉煤水分,实现全水分控制的目标。
  • Abstract
    The total water content serves as a crucial parameter for coal evaluation. Its measurement is closely associ⁃ated with the coking coal blending process, which directly impacts coke quality and significantly affects pipeline andequipment lifespan. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of production regulation, it is necessary to conductreal⁃time online detection of total moisture in the entering furnace coal. The influence of total moisture fluctuations onthe coking process, highlights the necessity of total moisture control and both the occurrence forms of total moisture incoal and the national standard method for measuring total moisture were elucidated. Considering the advantages anddisadvantages of existing drying methods, this paper particularly focuses on discussing the principles and potential ap⁃plications of infrared and microwave methods within indirect approaches. Among these options, we recommend em⁃ploying microwave technology as an optimal choice for online detection purposes. The prospects for its application di⁃rection, linked dry based coal blending, and coal total moisture control technology are provided. The use of infraredor microwave radiation methods for total moisture detection of coal samples can meet the requirements of online tes⁃ting, the microwave method is more suitable for testing the total moisture content of coal. The weighing data of themicrowave moisture meter and the tape scale are linked, and it will be upload to the central control DCS for integratedanalysis, the cutting amount according to process requirements can be automatically adjusted, dry based coal blend⁃ing can be done; after feedback of total moisture measurement data and linkage with coal total moisture control tech⁃nology, the coal moisture can be smoothly fed into the furnace, which will achieve the goal of total moisture control.
