    为了研究民用洁净型煤中NOx生成特性与排放规律,通过管式炉燃烧实验装置研究了燃烧温度、燃烧氛围、氧浓度、一次风比例、模拟烟气再循环和半焦掺混比例等因素对于洁净型煤NOx排放的影响。结果表明:在900~1200℃范围内,NOx随着燃烧温度升高而呈线性趋势下降;在O2/N2和O2/CO2气氛下,氮转化率总体上均随着氧气浓度增加而下降,随着一次风比例的增加,NOx生成量整体呈上升趋势;采用烟气再循环方式有利于降低氮转化率,但只有烟气再循环比例较大时,NOx才有明显下降;在600℃、800℃、1000℃三种温度下制备半焦,当制焦温度为600℃时,半焦与型煤掺混后NOx排放量最低,并且氮转化率随着半焦比例的增加而下降。
  • Abstract
    In order to study the generation characteristics and emission laws of nitrogen oxides in civil clean coal, the effects of combustion temperature, combustion atmosphere, oxygen concentration, primary air ratio, simulated flue gas recirculation, and semi coke blending ratio on nitrogen oxide emissions from clean coal were studied using a tube furnace combustion experimental device. The results show that within the range of 900 ~ 1 200 ℃ , NOx decreases linearly with increasing combustion temperature;Under O2 / N2 and O2 / CO2 atmospheres, the nitrogen conversion rate generally decreases with the increase of oxygen concentration,and the overall nitrogen oxide generation trend increases with the increase of primary air ratio; The use of flue gas recirculation is beneficial for reducing nitrogen conversion rate, but only when the proportion of flue gas recirculation is large, nitrogen oxides show a significant decrease; Half coke was prepared at three temperatures: 600 ℃ , 800 ℃ , and 1 000 ℃. When the coking temperature was 600 ℃ , the nitrogen oxide emissions were the lowest when half coke was mixed with shaped coal, and the nitrogen conversion rate decreased with the increase of half coke ratio.
