    白芨沟煤矿0102303工作面运输巷道位于上分层采空区下方,顶板为金属网假顶,原支护受上分层采空区扰动影响,变形严重。为此设计顶升式梯形钢管混凝土支架,通过注浆顶升试验测试各型号支架顶升性能,试验结果表明:Φ194mm×10mm钢管注浆效果较好,接顶力达到3.93kN,满足支架顶升和巷道假顶初撑要求。为增加钢管梁抗弯强度,在空钢管内设置抗弯圆钢,计算得支护反力为2.3MPa,较原支护方式提高了5.4倍。同时,为解决巷道内各类支架安装困难,设计了一种举升式支架安装机,举升力可达6.8kN。顶升式梯形钢管混凝土支架注浆30d后,支架荷载基本区域稳定,安装半年内支架荷载最大值为0.8MPa,现场监测顶底板移进和两帮收敛均小于50mm,支护效果良好。
  • Abstract
    The headentry of working face in Baijigou Coal Mine is under the goaf of upper slice, the roof was a metal mesh artificial roof, and the original support deformed seriously due to the disturbance of the upper slice goaf. To solve the problem, the jacking trapezoidal concrete-filled steel tube support was designed, and the jacking performance of various types of supports was tested through grouting jacking test. The test results showed that, the grouting effect of Φ194 mm×10 mm steel pipe was good, and the jacking force reached 3. 93 kN, which met the requirements of the jacking of the support and the initial support of the artificial roof. In order to increase the bending strength of the steel pipe beam, the bending round steel was set in the hollow steel pipe, and the calculated support reaction force was 2. 3 MPa, which is 5. 4 times higher than the original support. At the same time, in order to solve the installation difficulties of various kinds of supports in the roadway, a lifting support installation machine was designed with a maximum lifting force of 6. 8 kN. The basic area of the support load was stable days after the grouting, and the maximum support load was 0. 8 MPa within half a year after installation. The on-site monitoring shows that the roof-to-floor convergence and side-to-side convergence were both within mm, demonstrating a favorable supporting effect.
