摘要
针对工作面开采扰动下底板巷道围岩控制难题,以安居煤矿1315工作面跨采底板巷道群为研究背景,通过数值模拟及现场实践的方法,分析了上覆工作面回采过程中巷道围岩的应力和塑性区分布特征。研究结果表明:工作面推进至终采线100m时,超前支承压力在水平方向影响范围约35.8m,在竖直方向影响范围约37.8m。底板巷道按照到工作面距离的大小先后受到回采影响,具有过程性。针对3上煤底板巷道群围岩受扰动变形等特点,提出“锚网索+T型钢带+金属网”联合支护技术方案。现场监测表明,支护方案对底板巷道群围岩变形量控制效果显著,确保了工作面下覆巷道群在回采期间的稳定使用。

Abstract
Aiming at the difficulty in the surrounding rock control of roadway floor under the disturbance of working face mining, we took the floor roadway group of over-the-roadway extraction face bottom plate roadway of Anju Coal Mine as the research background, analyzed the distribution characteristics of stress and plastic zone in the surrounding rock of the roadway during the mining process of the overlying working face, by means of numerical simulation and on-site practice. The research results showed that when the working face advanced to m from the terminal line, the influence range of the advance abutment pressure was about 35. 8 m in the horizontal direction and 37. 8 m in the vertical direction. The floor roadway was affected successively by the mining according to the distance to the working face. Aiming at the deformation characteristics of 3upper coal seam floor roadway group surrounding rock subject to disturbances, we proposed “anchor mesh cable+T-type steel belt+metal mesh” joint support scheme, and the on-site monitoring showed that the support program effectively controlled the surrounding deformation, to ensure the stable use of the roadway group under the working face during mining.
