摘要
为提高煤矿井下大采高综采工作面粉尘捕获、沉降效率,针对大采高工作面空间分布广、粉尘运移范围大、传统喷雾方式不能有效覆盖产尘源等问题,在分析大采高综采工作面喷雾降尘效率影响因素的基础上,通过激光雾径测试平台、流量监测装置及多谱勒激光粒度分析仪测试喷嘴雾化参数,研发尘源跟踪喷雾降尘系统,实现了采煤机截割滚筒“三维立体”跟踪喷雾降尘。研究结果表明:大采高综采工作面喷雾降尘效率与喷嘴耗水量、喷雾覆盖面积和雾滴粒径等参数有关,并以此建立降尘效率公式;风速对喷嘴雾化降尘效率有重要影响作用,对每个单独喷嘴而言,风速的增加会降低喷嘴的降尘效率;根据计算得出不同风速条件下各喷嘴的降尘效率结果,优先推荐的喷嘴是SS1507;研制了一种具有流量控制功能的尘源跟踪喷雾降尘系统,实现跟踪喷雾降尘的可控及减少耗水量;并在三道沟煤矿85219大采高综采工作面进行现场应用,应用后上滚筒采煤机位置总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘降尘效率分别为91.15%和81.96%,下滚筒采煤机位置总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘降尘效率分别为90.61%和83.54%,该喷雾降尘技术显著降低85219大采高综采工作面空间的粉尘浓度,对矿山安全生产以及改善职工作业环境具有重要的意义。

Abstract
To improve the dust capturing and settling efficiency of the large mining height working face in the coal mine, we analyzed the influencing factors of the dust reduction efficiency, tested the nozzle atomization parameters with the laser fog diameter testing platform, flow monitoring device and multi-spectral laser particle size analyzer, and we developed the dust source tracking spray reduction system to realize the “three-dimensional” tracking spray reduction of the cutting drum of the shearer. The results of the study show that: the dust reduction efficiency of spraying in the large mining height mining face is related to the parameters of nozzle water consumption, spraying coverage area and droplet size, and the dust reduction efficiency formula is established accordingly; the wind speed has an important influence on the dust reduction efficiency of the nozzle atomization, and as the wind speed increase lead to a decrease of dust reduction efficiency of each nozzle; according to the calculation results of the dust reduction efficiency under the different wind speeds, the preferred nozzle is SS1507. A dust source tracking spraying system with flow control function was developed to realize the controllable tracking spraying dust reduction and reduce the water consumption; and it was applied on site in the large mining height mining face in Sandaogou Coal Mine, and the total and respiratory dust reduction efficiencies were 91. 15% and 81. 96% at the upper drum position, and those were 90. 61% and 83. 54% at the lower drum position, the dust concentration was significantly reduced.
