摘要
近年来,产运销储用一体化成为煤炭行业热点问题之一。如何实现产运销储用一体化协调平衡,实现集团产业协同运营、整体价值最大化成为关键。因此,提出基于年平衡模型、多周期分解模型和路径优化模型的综合模型,为企业协调一体化平衡提供思路。研究发现,年平衡模型解决了不同场景下要素间的平衡匹配问题;多周期分解模型解决了不同周期内的作业预期方案;路径优化模型计算出最优调运路线与调运量。基于以上模型,该综合模型已在多家煤炭经营公司中得到应用与验证,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract
In recent years,the integration of production,transportation,sales,and storage has been one of the hot issues in the coal industry. The key is how to realize the integration,coordination,and balance of production,transportation,sales,storage,and use,and maximize the overall value of the group′s industrial collaborative operation. Therefore,proposing a comprehensive model based on the annual balanced model,multi-period decomposition model,and path optimization model provides a framework for coordinating enterprise integration balance. It is found that the annual balance model solves the problem of balance matching between elements in different scenarios,the multi-cycle decomposition model solves the expected operation scheme in different cycles,and the path optimization model calculates the optimal transportation route and volume adjustment. Based on the above model,the comprehensive model has been applied and verified in many coal management companies,and has achieved good results.
