    为探究矿工产生心理负荷的影响因素,运用扎根理论质性研究方法,将现场访谈与文献调研相结合,通过主轴译码得到15个主范畴,选择译码提取出4个核心范畴。在此基础上,运用SPSS27.0对提取出的核心范畴在每份资料中出现的频次进行相关性分析,并通过差异显著性检验验证了核心范畴的提炼效果,进而构建出矿工心理负荷影响因素模型并提出应对措施。结果表明:矿工的心理负荷受作业人员素质、设备设施状况、作业环境状况、企业管理因素影响,4个核心范畴之间具有显著的相关性,其中企业管理因素对矿工心理负荷影响最大,作业人员自身素质次之;企业管理因素是矿工心理负荷产生和影响的根本原因,作业环境和设备设施状况会直接影响矿工的心理负荷,矿工自身素质的高低会通过影响其行为和态度间接影响其心理负荷。依据该模型提出提高作业人员素质、关注矿工身心状态等措施,有助于矿工心理负荷维持在良好的水平,减少煤矿人因事故发生的同时也提高了矿工的绩效水平,为煤矿企业矿工安全管理提供了新的管理思路和方法。
  • Abstract
    In order to explore the influencing factors of miners’ psychological load, the qualitative re- search method of grounded theory is used to abtain 15 main categories through the spindle decoding and extract 4 core categaries by selecting the decoding, with the combination of field interviews and lit- erature reviews. On this basis, SPSS 27. 0 was used to analyze the frequency of the extracted core cate- gories in each data, and the extraction effect of the core categories was verified by the difference signifi- cance test, and then the influencing factors model of miners’ psychological load was constructed and the countermeasures were put forward. The results show that the psychological load of miners is affected by the quality of workers, equipment and facilities, working environment and enterprise management fac- tors. There is a significant correlation between the four core categories. Among them, enterprise manage- ment factors have the greatest impact on the psychological load of miners, followed by the quality of workers themselves. Enterprise management factors are the root causes for the psychological load of miners. The working environment and equipment and facilities will directly affect the psychological load of miners. The quality of miners will indirectly influence their psychological load by affecting their be- havior and attitude. According to the model, measures such as improving the quality of workers and at- tending to the physical and mental state of miners are proposed, which helps to maintain the psychologi- cal load of miners at a good level, reduce the occurrence of human accidents in coal mines and improve the performance level of miners. The research provides new management ideas and methods for the safety management of miners in coal mining enterprises.
