动载扰动巷道再现冲击地压模拟试验研究

    为解决巷道冲击地压模拟试验难以再现的问题,研发了一套简便的动载扰动巷道冲击地压模拟试验系统和相应的低强度类煤岩模拟材料,并开展了验证性试验。试验结果表明:系统成功在实验室再现冲击地压,且操作简单便捷,动静载施加灵活,模型材料满足需求;借助多源信息监测系统,实现了动载扰动下巷道冲击地压的全过程模拟与监测。研发的低强度类煤岩材料,以模型石膏粉、GRG石膏粉、水解树脂与水为主要原料,强度控制在6~9MPa,制样与试验周期缩短至21d。静态加载过程中的围岩应变与声发射信号互相吻合,能够反映模型试样经历的压密、弹性变形与微破裂发展等阶段;动载扰动对巷道围岩的变形破坏影响存在方向性,顶板的变形响应最为显著,在巷道周向产生较大的应变振荡与塑性弯曲变形,但冲击显现主要发生在巷道两帮,两次动载扰动在巷道同一区域均成功诱发了巷道的冲击地压现象,且第2次动载扰动引发的冲击显现程度趋于强烈,揭示了动载扰动对冲击发生的影响作用。研究结果表明该试验系统与模型材料稳定可靠,能够较好地模拟动载扰动下巷道的冲击失稳过程,可为研究巷道动静载组合致冲机理、动载扰动巷道的支护防控机制等提供参考。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the difficult issue reproducing the roadway rockburst, a simple roadway rockburst simulation test system was developed. The low-intensity coal-like material was developed using model gypsum powder, GRG gypsum powder, hydrolyzed resin, and water as the main raw materials. Verification experiment indicates that the developed system has advantages of easy test operation and flexible application of static and dynamic load, and the model material can meet the demand. With the help of multi-source information monitoring system, the developed system realized the full-process simulation and monitoring of roadway rockburst under dy-namic disturbance. The strength of low-intensity coal like material can be controlled within the range of 6–9 MPa, the sample preparation and testing cycle was shortened to 21 days. The strain and acoustic emission signals during the static loading process of surrounding rock of roadway coincide with each other, which can reflect the devel-opment stages of compaction, elastic deformation, and micro-crack of the model specimens. The influence of dy-namic disturbance on the deformation and failure of roadway surrounding rock is directional. The deformation response of the roof is the most significant, generating significant strain oscillations and plastic bending defor-mations radially, but the rockburst mainly occurs on both sides of the roadway. Both dynamic disturbance suc-cessfully induced rockburst phenomena in the same area of the roadway, and the rockburst caused by the second dynamic disturbance tends to be stronger, which reveal the influence of dynamic disturbances on roadway rock-burst. The results indicate that the test system and simulation material are stable and reliable, which can effective-ly simulate the rockburst instability process of the roadway under dynamic disturbance, and provide certain guid-ance for studying the inducing mechanism of dynamic-static loading rockburst in roadways and the support and control mechanism against dynamic loading disturbance in roadways.
