Abstract
In view of the problems of severe mine pressure behavior, difficult control of surrounding rock, easy coal wall fragmentation, roof caving accidents easy occurence and so on during the mining of super large mining height working faces above 7.0 m in Central Machinery Factory of Datong Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., numerical simulation, model calculation, and field measurement methods are used to study and analyze the coupling of hydraulic support and surrounding rock strength; by measuring the mine pressure of the super large mining height at the 15218 working face of Central Machinery Factory, it Is found that the super large mining height working face with thick bedrock and shallow burial depth has obvious large and small periodic weighting and dynamic load mine pressure; through the study of the mechanical structure, support resistance, mechanical structure of coal wall, and critical gang support force of the roof of the working face at the 15218 working face of Central Machinery Factory, it is concluded that the hydraulic support with two pillar support and shield should be selected as the support type, and the hydraulic support and gang protection structure should be a separate structure of telescopic beam and gang protection plate; by using engineering practice analysis methods, adaptability evaluation analysis is conducted on the hydraulic support of the super large mining height working face at the 15218 working face of Central Machinery Factory. It is obtained that the ZY21000/38/82D type hydraulic support can meet the actual production requirements of the super high mining face in the 15218 working face of the Central Machinery Factory.
