Development and application of multi-functional flexible lifting cabin for mine rescue

矿用救援提升舱与提升车共同构成了提升救援成套装备,是地面钻孔救援的重要装备之一,其性能对矿山应急救援的成败具有重要影响。研制了多功能矿用救援柔性提升舱。为解决救援钢丝绳提升下放过程防扭矩的难题,开发了基于防爆滑环的分动装置,实现了钢丝绳与提升舱的分动,避免救援过程中提升舱带动钢丝绳旋转,干扰钢丝绳内部信号传输,损坏钢丝绳编织结构,进而实现了通信钢丝绳提升和通信的双重功能;设计了大球面柔性转动装置,实现了上下舱体的弯曲,弯曲角度不小于2.4°,增强了提升舱体对曲率较大、有局部凸起等复杂井壁的适应性,以加强提升舱的通过性;通过人机工程学相关理论和技术,开发了人员舱内辅助入舱、靠坐握姿态等人机工程组件,以及上下侧缓冲、底部缓冲,对被救人员及舱体本身进行全方位保护;开发了基于井径测量、气体测量和音视频通信装置的通信系统则从监测井壁、气体及环境参数、被救人员等多方面实现可视化救援,保证救援过程安全。柔性救援提升舱与提升车集成后在宁夏梅花井矿示范工程井中进行了空载、重载、载人等试验,充分验证了其性能。
Mine rescue elevator and elevator car together constitute a complete set of lifting rescue equipment, is one of the important equipment of surface drilling rescue, its performance has an important impact on the success or failure of mine emergency rescue. In order to solve the problem of anti-torque in the process of lifting and lowering rescue wire rope, a split device based on explosion-proof slip ring is developed to realize the split between the wire rope and the lifting cabin, so as to avoid the lifting chamber driving the rotation of the wire rope during the rescue process, interfering with the signal transmission of the wire rope and damaging the wire rope braid structure, and thus realize the dual functions of communication wire rope lifting and communication. A large spherical flexible rotating device is designed to realize the bending of the upper and lower cabin bodies, and the bending angle is not less than 2.4°, which enhances the adaptability of the lifting cabin body to complex shaft walls such as large curvature and local bulges, so as to strengthen the passability of the lifting cabin. Through ergonomic theories and technologies, ergonomic components such as auxiliary entry, sitting and holding posture, as well as upper and lower side buffer and bottom buffer are developed to provide all-round protection for rescued personnel and the cabin itself. The communication system based on borehole diameter measurement, gas measurement and audio and video communication device is developed to realize visual rescue from monitoring borehole wall, gas and environmental parameters, rescued personnel and other aspects to ensure the safety of rescue process. After the integration of the flexible rescue elevator with the elevator vehicle, the no-load, heavy-load and manned tests were carried out in the demonstration project of Meijing Mine in Ningxia, and the performance of the flexible rescue elevator was fully verified.
