摘要
能源电力系统的低碳、绿色转型已然成为中国实现可持续发展目标的关键。新质生产力可以通过创新技术,驱动资源优化整合,促进能源电力系统绿色转型。已有研究鲜有分析新质生产力对能源电力系统绿色转型的影响效应。鉴于此,本研究深入挖掘新质生产力的主要影响指标,探讨新质生产力如何影响能源结构,驱动能源电力系统绿色转型的具体模式。研究结论:① 新质生产力不仅可以直接影响能源电力系统的绿色转型,还可以通过改变能源电力结构,驱动能源电力系统实现绿色转型;② 产业结构对能源电力系统绿色转型的正向驱动作用程度仅次于新质生产力,经济发展水平驱动以及城镇化水平则对能源电力系统的绿色转型存在负向影响;③ 不同区域经济发展水平和资源禀赋特征会影响新质生产力的发展,对区域能源电力系统绿色转型产生差异化影响,中部地区正向影响力度最大,西部地区最小。未来中国各区域要结合自身经济和社会发展水平,创新新质生产力的主要作用路径,有效推动中国能源电力系统实现“双碳”目标。

Abstract
The low-carbon and green transformation of the energy power system has become key to China achieving its sustainable development goals. New quality productivity, driven by technological innovation and resource optimization, can promote the green transformation of the energy power system. However, few studies have analyzed the impact of new quality productivity on the green transformation of energy power systems. In light of this, the present study delves into the main influencing factors of new quality productivity and explores how it drives the green transformation of energy power systems through its impact on energy structure. The research conclusions are as follows: ① New quality productivity not only directly influences the green transformation of the energy power system but also affects it indirectly by altering the energy structure. ② The positive driving effect of industrial structure on the green transformation of the energy power system is slightly weaker than that of new quality productivity, while economic development and urbanization levels have a negative impact. ③ Differences in regional economic development and resource endowments lead to varying impacts of new quality productivity on the green transformation of the energy power system, with the most significant positive effect observed in central regions and the weakest in western regions. In the future, each region in China should innovate pathways for new quality productivity based on its own economic and social development levels to effectively advance the country′s energy power system toward achieving the "dual carbon" goals.
