摘要
针对大采高工作面煤壁片帮严重影响生产的实际,提出了基于煤壁稳定性控制的支架工作阻力确定方法。以8101工作面为背景,构建了"煤壁-支架-顶板"的力学模型,分析煤壁压力与支架工作阻力的关系;设计了煤壁稳定性控制实验台并进行了三维相似模拟试验,分析了不同支护强度下煤壁破坏情况;数值模拟了不同支护强度下煤壁变形破坏特征。研究结果表明:顶板压力由煤壁和支架共同承担,提高支架工作阻力,煤壁所受压力就会减小,煤壁的稳定性就会增强,支架的工作阻力确定要以煤壁稳定性控制为前提;综合理论分析、相似模拟、数值模拟,得出该工作面支架工作阻力确定为15 000 k N,工程实践表明是可行的。

Abstract
In response to the fact that rib spalling affects the normal production seriously in large-cutting-height panel, a method for the determination of support capacity based on coal face stability control has been proposed. Taking panel 8101 as a background,a “ coal face-support-roof” mechanical model has been established to analyze the relationship between coal face pressure and support capacity. A coal wall stability control experimental frame was designed and a three-dimension similar simulation experiment was conducted. Coal face failure situation with changing support density was analyzed. Meanwhile,the characteristics of these failure situations were studied using numerical simulation. The re- sults show that roof pressure was borne by coal wall and support. Increasing support working resistance can reduce the pressure that acted on coal wall and enhance the stability of coal wall. Determination of support working resistance should base on the coal wall stability control. Support working resistance of panel 8101 was determined as 15 000 kN through a combination of theoretical analysis,similar simulation and numerical simulation,which was confirmed feasi- ble by engineering practice.
