    针对目前矿用静液压传动特种车辆行走系统采用DA控制适应工况范围小、发动机功率利用率低以及井下车辆普遍存在操作舒适性差等问题,研究开发了一套适合煤矿井下车辆工况特点和工作环境的防爆智能电控系统。通过研究该电控系统中防爆电比例减压阀输出特性和泵的回摆特性,结合发动机外特性曲线,研究制定了泵(马达)排量控制策略;研究开发了适用于矿用车辆的智能制动系统、发动机保护系统、工作模式选择和辅助显示功能等。通过该系统在某支架搬运车上的应用试验,结果表明:与原DA控制方式车辆相比,该系统大幅提高了车辆的重载车速和爬坡速度,降低了油耗,提高了整车的动力性和操作舒适性。
  • Abstract
    According to a suitable performance scope of DA control applied to the moving system of the special vehicle with the present mine hydrostatic driving, lo w uilization rate of the engine power, poor operation comfort existed in the underground mine vehicles and other problems, an explosion proof electric control system W as researched and development to suit the vehicle performances and working environment in underground mine. With study on the output features of the explosion proof electric proportion pressure reducing valve applied in the electric control system, in combination with the features curve of the engine, the paper studied and set up th e discharging control tactics of the pump ( motor) . The intelligent braking system, engine protection system, working mode selection, auxiliary display function and othe rs suitable to the mine vehicle were studied and developed. In comparison with the system applied to the support removing vehicle and the DA control mode vehicle, the results showed that the system highly improved the loaded vehicle speed and climbing speed, reduced the oil consumption and improved the power and operation comf ort of the vehicle.
