摘要
为了提高煤自然发火早期预测预报的可靠性,采用CO2与CO浓度比值φ作为评判指标,选取多个矿山烟煤与褐煤的自燃氧化试验数据,利用Origin软件对φ与温度对应关系进行处理,研究了煤自然发火早期评判模型。研究结果表明:烟煤试验数据的拟合方法的使用优先级依次为指数函数拟合法、五次多项式拟合法、四次多项式拟合法和三次多项式拟合法,推荐使用五次多项式拟合褐煤的试验数据。建立了耿村煤矿烟煤自燃早期评判模型,并使用t检验法验证了该模型的可靠性,揭示了煤自然发火早期φ随煤温的升高呈波浪式降低的变化规律,各氧化反应期之间存在一个过渡期,过渡期温度变化量在5℃以内,对建立煤自燃早期预测模型有一定的指导意义。

In order to improve the relability of early prediction for the coal spontaneous combustion,the concentration ratio φ of CO2 and CO were applied as the eval
uation index,the spontaneous combustion oxidized experiment data of the bituminous coal and lignite from several mines were selected,Origin software was applied to the
