摘要
鉴于以水泥为主要胶结成分的充填材料费用较高,不利于大面积充填开采,为实现利用固体废弃物代替水泥配制高效的矿井采空区充填材料,以水泥、煤矸石作为充填材料主要成分,通过实验室试验得出充填体抗压强度与水泥掺量关系,并利用电子扫描电镜对充填体微观结构进行观测,分析了不同水泥掺量时充填体抗压强度增长规律,构建了水泥-煤矸石充填体结构模型。研究结果表明:水泥-煤矸石充填体结构由矸石颗粒的胶结和孔隙填充2部分构成,矸石颗粒的胶结与孔隙填充对充填体抗压强度提高有很大作用。

Due to the high cost of the present cement as the main cementation composition of the backfill material, the cement was not suitable the backfill mining
