摘要
针对山东郓城某煤矿建井期间降温系统消耗大,冷量损失大等问题,提出了改善冷空气输送风筒保温结构、优化空调器结构、改进空调的喷淋方式等措施,改进后的空调器综合冷量损失降至原来的1.1%、空调供回水温差提高了10℃左右、水流量降低到原来的1/4,水泵输入功率可降低到原来的41.7%,同时制冷机组的理论性能系数提高了15%左右,实现降温系统的高效节能运行。

According to the problem of high energy consumption and high refrigeration value lost existed in the cooling system during the mine construction period
of new mine in Shandong Yuncheng, the paper provided measures to improve the insulation structure of cooling air transportation tube, to optimize the structure of air C

ced to the previous 1. 1%,the supply and return water temperature difference of air conditioner was increased about 10 °C, the water flow was reduced to 1 14 of the pr
evious water flow and the input power of water pump could be reduced to 41. 7% of the previous power. Meanwhile, the theoretical performance coefficient of the refrig
eration unit could be increased about 15% and the high efficient and energy saving operation of the cooling system could be realized.
