摘要
为实现煤矿井下定向钻进的安全高效进行,需要研制煤矿井下定向钻进用随钻测量系统,对钻孔轨迹进行实时测量和控制。通过分析煤矿井下施工环境、钻进工艺和功能结构要求等,总结了系统研制技术要求和研制关键技术,制定了系统组成结构与工作原理、工作模式与控制流程、孔口仪器研制、测量探管设计及系统软件设计等关键技术的实施方案,并具体实施和研制出了4种型号随钻测量系统,应用效果良好,可满足煤矿井下定向钻进需要。

In order to realize a safety and high efficiency of the directional drilling in underground mine,a drilling measuring system applied to the directional drilling
in underground mine was needed to be researched and developed for the real-time measurement and control of the borehole tracing.With the analysis on the constructi
on environment in the underground mine,the drilling technique ,the functional structure requirements and others,the paper summarized the system researched and devel
oped technology,the requirements and the key technology of the research and development and set up the implementing plans of the system compositional structure an
d working principle,the working mode and control process,the research and development of the borehole mouth instruments,the design of the measuring probe pipe,the
design of the system software and other key technology.There were four mode drilling measuring systems certainly implemented and development.The application effec
t of the measuring systems was good and the systems could meet the requirements of the directional drilling in underground mines.
