煤层气压裂综合滤失系数的影响因素评价

    针对煤层气井投产前对煤储层进行水力压裂时,滤失量较大的问题,从煤储层特征和压裂施工2个方面分析影响综合滤失系数的因素。结果表明:煤储层方面影响因素主要有煤层动态渗透率、煤层孔隙内流体压缩系数、孔隙度等;压裂施工方面影响因素有压裂液黏度等。通过相关公式,并结合经典的综合滤失系数计算方法,定量评价了各个因素对综合滤失系数的影响。分析计算表明该评价方法具有可靠性和实用性。
  • Abstract
    According to the big filtration lost problem occurred in the hydraulic fracturing on the seam reservoir before the coal bed methane in production, from the coal reservoir features and the fracturing operation, the paper analyzed the factors affected to the comprehensive filtration lost coefficient.The results showed that the f actors affected to the comprehensive filtration coefficient of the seam reservoir mainly would be dynamic permeability rate, coefficient of pore fluid in coal seam, porosit y and others.In the fracturing operation, factors affected to the comprehensive filtration lost coefficient would be the fracturing liquid viscosity and others.With the relate d formula, in combination with the typical calculation method of the comprehensive filtration lost coefficient, each factor cofficient, filtration lost affected to the compreh ensive could be quantitatively evaluated.The analysis calculation showed that the evaluation method would have reliability and practices.
